6. Tour Requests and Enrollment
Submission of an inquiry form or scheduling a tour does not guarantee enrollment. Enrollment is subject to classroom availability, completion of required paperwork, and compliance with NSCC Learning Center policies.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time if you violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSCC Learning Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NSCC Learning Center, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims or damages resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
SMS TERMS
NSCC Learning Center sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, tour information, and follow-up messages to parents and guardians who have scheduled a tour or submitted an inquiry through our website and have consented to receive SMS communications.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS and you will no longer receive messages from us.
To rejoin, sign up again as you originally did and we will resume sending messages.
